Debbie Hileman
Broker/Owner As Broker/Owner of Hileman Real Estate, Debbie has been a full-time sales and rental agent since 1984. She was chosen by the local Board as the 1994 rental associate of the year and the 2002 REALTOR® of the Year. She is the past MLS and Budget Committee Chairman, a current Grievance Committee member, Chair of the Broker Advisory Committee and the 2002 President of the Coastal Association of REALTORS®. Debbie holds a real estate license in Maryland, Delaware and Virginia.
Terri Bradford
Sales Associate Born and raised in Carroll County, Maryland, Terri relocated to the
Ocean Pines/Berlin area with her husband who she met in the 5th grade to
raise a family. She started her real estate career in 2000 when she
was a Builder/Owner of Versatile Homes. Terri has been very active in
the real estate community serving on many committees of the local
association. She has been a three year Director of the Coastal
Association of REALTORS®, member of the Coastal Delmarva Women's Council
of REALTORS®, serving as local chapter Secretary, Pres-Elect, President
and State Chapter Secretary. Terri has been recognized with several
awards over the years, including WCR- REALTOR® of the Year in 2009, WCR- Entrepreneur of the Year in 2010 and Coastal Association of REALTORS®
Community Service Award in 2011. She is also serves on the board with
Worcester County G.O.L.D. In 2007, she and Bethany Drew created a
powerful team, now call the The Power of 2 Team. Terri is very active in
the Bank Owned property market as well as resale market.

Lynette Bridges-Catha

Lynette joined Hileman Real Estate in 2011 after being in the business for five years. When Lynette relocated to the Eastern Shore from Hickory NC to take care of father, she decided that helping clients find the home of their dreams was what she wanted to do. Lynette became very active in the business early by volunteering for committees at the local and state association. She joined the Women's Council of REALTORS® to network and learn from the top agents. Lynette served as VP of Membership, Pres-Elect and President of the Coastal Delmarva Chapter. She is currently the 2012 Maryland State Chapter President of WCR. In 2010 she earned the prestigious Rookie REALTOR® of the Year Award from the Maryland Association of REALTORS®. A relocation specialist, Lynette has designations of CRS, GREEN, PMN, SRES. She is currently licensed in Maryland and Delaware. Steve Cohen

Steve joined Hileman Real Estate in 2011 after 25 years as a
practicing attorney (since retired) and 1 year with Long and Foster Real Estate in Salisbury.
Steve has a background in all types of real estate transactions, including
foreclosures, short sales and 1031 exchanges. He is a board member of the Ocean
Pines Comprehensive and Planning Committee and the Worchester County
Development Center. He coaches soccer and lacrosse at Worchester Preparatory
School and is a certified referee in soccer, lacrosse and ice hockey.
Cindy Crockett
Sales Associate A
Worcester County resident since 1980, and an active Maryland
sales agent since 1991, Cindy has earned the
Graduate of REALTORS® Institute designation, as well as the
Multi-Million Dollar Sales Award. Cindy prides herself on her
repeat customers and growing referral base. She has
consistently earned high scores on customer satisfaction
ratings. Cindy also has a flourishing produce and Garden
Market that she operates with her husband just outside of
Ocean Pines.
Sharon Curtiss
Associate Broker/Sales Manager After relocating to Ocean Pines from Pasadena, MD in 2001, Sharon decided to join the real estate community. Sharon's background as a banking center manager with a major financial institution has given her the knowledge to assist clients with understanding all the options to owning a home. She has earned her Graduate of REALTORS® Institute, Accredited Buyers Representative, Performance Management, Broker Price Opinion Resource designations and Associate Brokers license. Sharon has been an active member in the Coastal Association of REALTORS® as a three year Director, serves as the 2012 Women's Council of REALTORS® Maryland State Chapter Governor and is the Coastal Delmarva WCR 2011 Entrepreneur of the Year. Sharon has a license in Maryland, Delaware and Virginia.
Charles Dolbey
Sales Associate Charlie joined Hileman Real Estate in 2011 after earning his Maryland Real Estate license. Charlie has a background in marine and commercial construction and decided to get his real estate license when he started to invest in the real estate industry. He has purchased, rehabbed and sold many homes in the county which gives him first hand knowledge of how to work with other real estate investors.

Drew has provided outstanding service to home buyers and sellers in
Maryland and Delaware for over 12 years. She was recognized as the
Hileman Real Estate top sales associate multiple times, most recently in
2010. Bethany has served as an active member of the Coastal
Association of Realtors Grievance Committee for many years. In 2007,
Bethany teamed with Terri Bradford to create the dynamic Power of Two
Team. Cameron Drew, Debbie Blake and Olga Parsons round out the team,
which strives to make every real estate purchase an unqualified success!

Bethany Drew, it was only a matter of time that Cameron would catch the
real estate fever. Although Cameron has received her Maryland real

estate industry running with her instant involvement in the community as
well as participation in local associations. This would include Coastal

Sales Associate Dennis' goal is to give his clients the best real
estate experience they've ever had. "For me the reward is making them
happy with the job I did". He came to Hileman Real Estate in 2011 because he fits into the way the company operates. Dennis grew up in East Baltimore and has been in real estate for 20 years, 7 years in Baltimore in the 70's and 13 years in Ocean City. Dennis retired from the US Postal Service as an executive with 35 years of service. He lived in several locations and retired in 1999 from his last job in Louisville, Kentucky. Dennis is also a veteran and was in the military reserve for 16 years. Married for 45 years with two daughters, Dennis now calls Ocean City home.
Lydia Rittersbacher
Sales Associate Lydia began her real estate career in 2000 when she was a licensed assistant for a local broker. In 2008 she joined her aunt Sonia Zaffiris with performing administrative duties and most recently has begun to represent bank owned home sales and listings. In helping sell Sonia's bank-owned listings, Lydia has communicated and negotiated with a variety of clients, from big corporations to 2nd home buyers from all over the country (and Canada) to investors to first-time home buyers.Lydia volunteers in a variety of community activities, including a local elementary school, where both of her young boys attend. She was born in Baltimore and raised in Berlin. This has given her a unique perspective in successfully helping to market and sell both vacation and year-round housing. Lydia works with buyers and sellers and has an excellent customer
satisfaction rating and currently serves on the Coastal Association of REALTORS Greivance Committee. Lydia is licensed in Maryland and Delaware.
Sharon Shirk
Sales Associate Sharon began her real estate career in 1982 and concentrates on assisting buyers and sellers in the Coastal Delmarva area obtain their dream of home ownership. She recently joined Hileman Real Estate when she decided that working for a small company that had highly productive, positive and caring associates would benefit her clients as well as herself.
Sonia Zaffiris
Associate Broker Top sales associate for Hileman Real Estate on numerous occasions, Sonia has been an active agent since 1983. She has earned the Graduate of REALTORS® Institute designation, and has consistently been recognized as a Multi-Million Dollar Agent. She is also active with the local association serving on the Professional Standards Committee as Chair. She also holds the
highest professional designation awarded to REALTORS® in the residential sales field which is the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Fewer than 4 percent of all REALTORS® hold the CRS Designation.Sonia is an Associate Broker in both Maryland and Delaware.
